Beautiful rural house with swimming pool, veranda and private garden. Ideal for 2-6 people.
While retaining the charm and ambience of the carefully renovated former stables, this Maison Rurale has been designed to be both pleasant and comfortable, with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 shower rooms. The large, light and airy living room-kitchen (open plan) - with wood-burning stove for chilly autumn and winter evenings - is extended by a sheltered terrace.

Our grounds - large swimming pool (10.5 x 5.5m), gardens, orchards, fields and forest - cover 14 ha, including this House, a Farmhouse and our dwelling. A small trout river borders the land, marking the boundary between the Tarn-et-Garonne and Lot departments. It's an ideal, tranquil place to relax and unwind.

On our property we keep a few donkeys, miniature goats, peacocks and chickens for our own enjoyment. We invite you to stroll through our meadows and forest; discover secret spots to picnic, read quietly or help us collect eggs and feed the animals...

This Maison Rurale is located 3 kms from the medieval village of Montpezat de Quercy with its summer festivals, gourmet markets, good restaurants (La Table du Cardinal and Le Pré de Montpezat) and shops, and close to many tourist attractions: Gorges de l'Aveyron, Grotte du Pech Merle, Rocamadour, Sarlat, Gouffre de Padirac, Toulouse and the Cité de l'Espace, interesting towns like Moissac, Montcuq, Castelnau Montratier, Montauban, Toulouse, Lauzerte, St Cirq Lapopie, Albi, Puycelsi, Cordes-sur-Ciel, St Antonin du Noble Val, Bruniquel, Penne, Najac, Conques, Caylus, Cahors and the market in Caussade every Monday.

Minimum stay - 2 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
