Description
Le clédier est un édifice d'une dizaine de mètre carré utilisé pour faire sécher les châtaignes. Le séchage en clédier protégeait les fruits de l'arbre à pain du froid et de l'humidité. Autrefois, la châtaigne était la base de l'alimentation, il était donc important de les conserver.
