Nestling in the heart of the Pyrenean countryside, this former family farmhouse with its off-white stone façade, typical of the region, sets the tone from the moment you arrive: here, authenticity meets refinement. And for the ultimate in relaxation, there's a private swimming pool set in lush greenery, as well as a small football pitch and petanque bowls.

Located in Cassagne, a charming village in the centre of the Occitanie region, this gîte is ideally placed for exploring the riches of the Comminges. Whether you're a lover of heritage, nature or gastronomy, the surrounding area is full of treasures to discover. From the gîte, you'll be at the start of a number of hiking trails. The thermal baths of Salies-du-Salet (6.4km); Martres-Tolosane (14.3km), famous for its earthenware and round village; the Musée de l'Aurignacien (20km); and the Saturday market in Aspet (27km) are just a few kilometres away. Several Grands Sites in the Occitanie region are nearby: Saint-Betrand-de-Comminges (50km), Saint-Lizier (25km) and Bagnères-de-Luchon (67km). Spain and the Mourtis ski resort are 50km away.

The gîte adjoins the owners' house. Ground floor: kitchen (thermomix, raclette machine, fondue machine), living/dining room, billiards room, bathroom, separate WC. First floor: 5 bedrooms (1 double bed 160*200cm, study)(1 double bed 160*200cm, study)(1 double bed 160*200cm, attic with baby room)(1 double bed 140*190m, study)(1 double bed 140*190cm and 2 single beds 90*190cm, study), shower room/WC (between the dormitory and the baby room), table football area and library area.
There is a carport between the gîte and the swimming pool. By the pool, you can enjoy delicious lunches in the shade.
