Etap Habitat

The Etap'Habitat association has been managing housing for young workers for 50 years. 2010, a pivotal year, is synonymous with a partial diversification of our activities with the setting up of the CIS Pilâtre de Rozier.
Whether you're a group, seminar or individual visiting the region, the center offers single or shared rooms with 5 beds, 20 fully-equipped rooms, 1 300-seat self-service or table-service restaurant, 1 cafeteria and 1 bar. Extensive private parking facilities with electronic gates make your stay even easier. The residence is equipped with unlimited free wifi access and numerous services (laundry, activity rooms, etc.).
The Etap'habitat association is a member of the Ethic'Etapes federation, and has been awarded the "Tourisme Social et Familial" accreditation. The 96 rooms can accommodate 240 people.
