A small factory set up by Roger Dehuz in 1919 to manufacture tools. Taken over in 1926 by Léon Dehuz and then by his widow in the 1940s, Etablissements Dehuz went on to specialise in the manufacture of tubular metal furniture. It is not known when the site closed. The buildings are currently occupied by a commercial company. The building must date from 1919, and the extension at the back was probably built after the Second World War.
The factory is located on a narrow plot of land, with a building facing the street with brick panelled walls and a square storey. The workshops to the rear occupy two square storeys supported by a reinforced concrete structure and brick-filled walls. The whole building is covered by a long-sloped roof with an exposed metal frame covered in mechanical tiles.
