The Ternaux spinning mill, created at the beginning of the 19ᵉ century, supplied the Sedan cloth factory. Established on a former metallurgical site, it passed to the Montagnacs in 1858. Production stopped at Lamécourt in 1952-1953 when it was transferred to Sedan. Today, the buildings house a timber merchant.
The buildings, mainly from the 19ᵉ century, comprise two limestone rubble vessels with reinforced concrete sheds, two brick extensions with wooden roofs, an engine room with skylight, the remains of a chimney and a still-visible retention basin. A building in the south-east corner could be part of the original ironwork.
