The spinning mill, built in 1824, employed 67 people in 1945 before ceasing operations in 1959 and being converted into a farm. The entrance to the site, flanked by a caretaker's lodge and industrial shops, leads to two two-storey manufacturing buildings. The central three-storey building has disappeared.
To the west, along the Rue de Pouru-aux-Bois, are manufacturing workshops with six bays of shed roofing. The site, which is crossed by a stream fed by a reservoir, is built of limestone rubble with exposed timber frames. The building is in a poor state of repair.
