All week long and on weekends, we offer you a menu elaborated with seasonal and local products which will make you discover the traditional Ardennes cuisine.
Composed with fresh and seasonal products, all our dishes are simmered in a casserole, as in the time of our grandmothers.
Thus, depending on the season, you will be able to discover our local specialities: rabbit with blueberries, bare-assed cacasse, bacon salad etc...

In addition to our menu, we also offer boards to share, which will allow you to discover the Ardennes' charcuterie and its specialties: white pudding with onions, Rimbaud terrine, Haybes ham etc...
Almost all our cured meats are made by our chef: a guarantee of quality and freshness.

All this in a warm and friendly atmosphere, close to the Ardenne forest and the viewpoints of the Meuse valley.
