The gite is located in a village atmosphere, 10 minutes walk from the Place Ducale, also accessible by bike via the Mont-Olympe loop, near the Voie Verte, all shops and the centre of Charleville-Mézières, City of Art and History.

Eco-responsible stay: the gîte, renovated with low carbon footprint materials, practices selective sorting, responsible water and heating management (heat pump) and uses environmentally friendly products.

It is surrounded by a large and beautiful fully enclosed garden. The house is ideal for 2 to 5 people, couples, business travellers and families (baby equipment is available), who will appreciate the large and beautiful enclosed garden and its terrace.
