The "24" gîte offers every comfort for a pleasant stay.
Accommodation :
The house/apartment is a duplex located above commercial premises. The total surface area is approximately 160m².

Entrance to the house is via the hall opening onto the inner courtyard, which in turn opens onto the kitchen and dining room.

The ground floor comprises a fitted kitchen opening onto a 71m² living room, a 16m² double bedroom and a 15m² laundry room with WC.

On the second floor, you'll find a wide corridor leading to 3 bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with baby bed - 1 double bedroom with Queen-size bed and private terrace and 1 quadruple bedroom with 3 single beds and a convertible child's bed.
Also on the 1st floor, a bathroom with double washbasin, bath and shower. Separate toilet with washbasin.

A 40m² garage off the street is reserved for 2-wheelers only.
