Cottage "Le nid de Mauricette"

We are Baptiste and Anna-Lisa, the owners of a plot of land in Fagnon, where there are 3 houses:

- A chalet of 40 m2 which is proposed to you for rent and composed as follows: a living room / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom and a separate toilet. classified 3 stars!
- An additional non-attached bedroom with its own bathroom and separate WC.
- As well as our main residence. Don't worry, the layout of the land has been designed so that everyone can keep their privacy

Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, only 10 km from Charleville-Mézières. A peaceful place thanks, among other things, to its private pond, not enclosed, where you can spend a night or more.
The chalet is ideally suited to a couple or young parents with a child. If you wish to share a moment with friends, it is possible to rent an extra room for a second couple (extra charge).
As we are familiar with travelling with babies, we provide the necessary equipment: changing table, cot, booster seat, nappies, baby towels, sheets, baby dishes.
To make your journey easier and to lighten your suitcase, we provide hygiene products (soap, shampoo, cotton wool, cotton buds), shower towels, sheets, pillows, household products, table linen.
To complete the picture, the exterior has been fitted out for even more relaxation: chiliennes, barbecue, petanque court, wooden terrace suspended over the water, games for children.

All you have to do is enjoy the moment!

For fishing enthusiasts, it is possible to fish on the pond on request (trout, roach). Equipment not provided.

Here are some of the terms and conditions required for the rental:
- The supervision of children in the chalet, at the playground and around the pond is the responsibility of the parents.
- For reasons of hygiene and safety, swimming in the pond is not permitted.
- Please note: The accommodation is not equipped with an internet box. However, 4G is available at this address. Also, we provide a television with TNT channels and an HDMI cable if necessary.
