True to our values, we grow a large proportion of our own vegetables in our own market garden near the restaurant. These fresh, seasonal products give all their flavour to our culinary creations. To eat in or take away, our thin-crust pizzas are topped with vegetables from our own market garden and carefully selected local ingredients. On the seafood side, our mussels from Noirmoutier are available in a range of recipes: classic, marinated or with cream, original with Roquefort or green pepper.
