Description

Starting from the tourist office, embark on a 1.5-hour walk along the lateral canal of the Garonne, discovering an exceptional site that is both natural and technical: the Montech Water Slope, a major site in Occitanie.

This walk, filled with surprises, will take you to the 'Machine' of the Montech Water Slope and its barge, where an interactive and immersive space will welcome you: take control of the machine and ascend the Montech Water Slope!
An 11-step journey that immerses visitors of all ages in the world of the canal and its exceptional structures! The site offers many outdoor and water-based activities that will satisfy all audiences.

Special School Groups
Themed activities along the lateral canal of the Garonne are offered during guided walks for groups, by reservation.
For school groups, starting from Cycle 2, a teaching kit offering 3 different paths is available for teachers and students to incorporate this activity into their curriculum.
