Since the 2000s, chef Sornsiang has been delighting guests at her restaurant in the Metz region with authentic, home-cooked Thai cuisine, the finesse of which lies in the harmonious marriage of salty-sweet, tangy and sometimes spicy. Her cuisine won 3rd place at the Festival Tout à fait Thaï 2024.
