We have renovated our 17th century Perigord farmhouse plus outer buildings into 5 luxury boutique design holiday homes. We are located just south of the Dordogne in the Lot et Garonne, surrounded by space, peacefulness and stunning views.

This 140m2 loft apartment forges original details with industrial elements. There are 2 bedrooms. Upstairs there is a cosy sleeping space for your children and a large, separate sleeping area for 2 adults. From both bedrooms you can look onto the living space below.

Downstairs is a spacious living/ dining area where the separate TV room can be repurposed as a 2 persons bedroom connecting directly to the luxury bathroom. Downstairs you will also find a fully equipped ‘design’ kitchen. French doors lead you to the garden where you can enjoy the views from your own terrace.
