Tropical Zoological Garden
Description
Get away from it all. Come and visit the zoological and botanical park, home to over 250 animals from all over the world! A biological conservatory with more than 5 hectares of forests and gardens planted with exotic species, home to a collection of rare birds and primates.
Come and meet the park's animals: lemurs, squirrel monkeys, African tortoises, meerkats, mini-farm...
Allow just over an hour for your visit, with a 1,300-metre walk through the paths of one of the most beautiful arboretums in south-east France. Classified as an outstanding garden, the park is involved in the reproduction and conservation of endangered species.

Open period
All year round daily. Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th. From 01/01 to 31/01, every Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 5pm. From 01/02 to 31/03, every day from 2pm to 5.30pm. From 01/04 to 30/09, every day from 10am to 7pm. From 01/10 to 31/10, every day from 2pm to 6pm. From 01/11 to 31/12, every Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 5pm except on 25 December. And every day during the school holidays all zones.

Tips
If you book your service at the tourist office of La Londe les Maures, you will benefit from a preferential rate of 11€ per adult instead of 12€, and 6,50€ per child instead of 7€.

A visit to the Jardin Zoologique Tropical de Lalonde les Maures is an extraordinary journey across the continents, a 6-hectare natural space to explore and breathe! While this exotic setting is striking for the remarkable quality of its vegetation, it is also home to an incomparable collection of animals. Tropical birds, monkeys, lemurs, wallabies - you name it! Rare and unexpected species that take visitors by surprise. An area dedicated to farm animals is also popular with younger visitors, who can feed the animals with a park keeper. An exploration that delights young and old alike, and contributes to the protection of endangered species. A discovery for pleasure and action!
Services for cyclists
The Jardin Zoologique Tropical is 250 m from the Véloroute Littoral (V65 itinerary), with which you can safely reach Bormes les Mimosas and Le Lavandou. The garden has a bike rack right in front of the entrance. There's also a recharging system for electrical equipment (VAE batteries, GPS, tablets, etc.) and a repair kit.
