The entrance opens onto a large, light-filled living area of 43m² featuring a kitchen with a wide range of appliances for meal preparation (Cookéo, Mister Cook, food processor, etc.), a dining area and a lounge with a sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The large bay window opens onto the terrace and the small garden, which is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. The sleeping area comprises two bright bedrooms. The first has a 160x200cm electric bed and the second a 140x190cm bed. The spacious bathroom has a vanity unit and a large walk-in shower. Separate toilet.

A garage accessible from inside the house allows you to store your bikes safely and park your car under cover.
