Welcome to La Monerie, a 15-person gîte with 8 suites and a large garden planted with trees, ideal for family reunions, get-togethers with friends or business trips. On the Angers-Rennes axis, you'll be 1 hour 10 minutes from Rennes and Nantes, 30 minutes from Angers and Châteaubriant, and 1 hour 30 minutes from the coast and Le Mans.

This 1970 architect-designed house, renovated in 2024, offers spacious, comfortable accommodation in an unspoilt natural setting.

Set in 11,000 m² of grounds with the river below, the 380 m² house features large, bright living areas opening onto the garden, as well as bedrooms with en suite facilities, offering comfort and privacy.

On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen for groups with plenty of equipment for preparing meals (Cookéo, Mister Cook, food processor, large fridges and freezers, etc.), a tea room, a convivial lounge for games and aperitifs in front of the fireplace, a lounge with television and comfortable sofas, and a large dining area for 15 people.

In all, 110 m² of convivial space on the ground floor. Access to the terrace on the east and west sides from all the living areas. A night area with 3 suites of 20 to 30 m².

Basement of 100m² with laundry room, meeting room of 35m² with fitted kitchen, access to the garden through the large bay window.

Upstairs, the monumental wooden staircase leads to the south side: hallway with 2 large bedrooms. The northern section leads to 1 bedroom with separate bathroom, a bedroom with a 120cm bed and another bedroom with a 140x200cm bed.

Each bedroom has its own television, internet connection and en-suite shower room with vanity unit, shower and WC. Lockable. All beds are electric, 140cm or 160cm.

Outside, there is a private garden of around 5000m², planted with trees and equipped with 2 barbecues, garden furniture and sun loungers.
