This peaceful accommodation is located in the left section of a mansion house and offers a relaxing break for all the family in a bucolic setting with large wooded grounds, just a few miles from the bastides of the Lot et Garonne area. Bordering the Dordogne and its castles, this is a great place to recharge your batteries and enjoy some lovely walks. You are also a short walk from Villeréal (1.5 km), a 13th-century bastide listed as one of the Plus Beaux Villages de France, where you can find shops, restaurants, markets and entertainment.

The gîte has its own entrance on the ground floor, giving access via the terrace to the living area (kitchen, dining room, sitting area). Large bathroom with WC.
The staircase leads to a mezzanine, the 2 bedrooms and the lounge.
