Quentin LAMOUR and Emilien DEPOORTERE, two brothers who are both pastry chefs and chocolatiers, welcome you to their new showcase in the heart of Gérardmer. It's a real place for living and indulging, with a focus on the great classics of French patisserie, mixed with original creations and other chocolate specialities.
Creative by nature, they draw inspiration from their travels, books and encounters to create new flavor combinations and original creations as the seasons change.
For breakfast, lunch or a sweet break, we invite you to enjoy our warm, timeless space, tea room and terrace.
For your special events, don't hesitate to ask us to help you create your pièces montées, entremets and other gourmet creations.
