At the Val d'Amby restaurant, in Hières-sur-Amby, Dominique Grisoni , Companion of the Tour de France, creates inventive cuisine combining the best fresh produce from our region and some unknown elements in the spirit of Provence. The food is home-made.
On the menu : roasted scallops with morels and hot foie gras, celery mousse, thyme jus and parmesan shavings. Lobster and seared clam lasagne, bisque jus and seasonal vegetables. Veal filet tournedos with bacon, braised artichokes and carrots, confit tomatoes jus. Melted heart of chocolate and passion fruit, sunshine fruit sorbet, mango coulis, pineapple.

Dominique GRISONI loves to switch from the stove to the paintbrush, and his talents as a watercolourist are a perfect match. His paintings of all the establishments on his itinerary are on display in the restaurant.
