Housed in an old building restored in 2024, this gîte offers you a stay in the countryside, 6.5 km from the centre of Challans and 25 km from Saint-Jean-de-Monts. The owners, who run a hop plantation and a micro-brewery, will be delighted to introduce you to their activities.
Located on the ground floor (access via 2 steps) of the owners' home, this accommodation offers a living room/kitchen with 1 sofa bed (140cm), a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a shower room/WC accessible via the bedroom. Outside, there is a private terrace with garden furniture and an electric griddle, as well as access to wooded grounds with a petanque area and a communal heated swimming pool (3.5x9m), open from April to October depending on the weather. A parking space is reserved for you below the property (short staircase up to access the gîte).
