Description
Our home is located between Nancy and Metz, close to the Pompey business park, in a village still attached to traditions. The restaurant is classified as a Restaurant Gourmand by Logis de France.
As the name suggests, the restaurant's chef, Monsieur Sabatini, offers traditional Italian cuisine. The chef creates tasty, refined dishes: pan-fried scallops with a light Chablis sauce, risotto de la Mamma, breaded veal escalope with mushroom cream sauce and Parma ham.
