2 private rooms in a 110m2 shared space at the home of the artist ZAÔ
(1 large bathroom with corner bath, shower tray and 1 WC in the shared space. Bathroom linen is provided).
You can use the lounge/kitchen area free of charge for meals, playing the piano (digital) and taking advantage of the yoga-gym-meditation room.
Quiet location in a family neighbourhood, 300 metres from a craft centre (bakery, delicatessen, greengrocer, hairdresser) and pharmacy.
Railway station 1.5km away (convenient for getting to Toulouse centre in less than 20 minutes).
Independent entrance to the villa with a key and code box system.
Parking in front of the door.
The owner is not present in the property but is available if required.

Arrival and departure times are flexible and will be negotiated according to your project.
Departures must be before 12 noon to allow the premises to be cleaned for the next arrivals.

The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed (2 cats already occupy the premises). Parties/events are not permitted.

If you come by plane or train, we can collect you from Muret station (no extra charge) and/or offer you one of our vehicles for hire (€45 per day, sliding scale).
