Mauges Pit Fest

The poster for MAUGES PIT FEST IV was created around this theme, with MEDUSA at the heart of the visual.
A Gorgon from Greek mythology, she could petrify anyone who met her gaze. Punished by Athena for seducing Poseidon with her beauty, she turned his hair into snakes and changed his gaze. A symbol of power and anger in contemporary culture, particularly among feminists. The hissing of the snakes is said to be the origin of the invention of the flute, linking Medusa to the art of music. 2025 is also the year of the snake in Chinese astrology.

13 groups will take to the stage for 11 hours of music, with 10 groups performing exclusively in the West.
The outdoor area has been enlarged to accommodate 10 exhibitors, 1 tattoo artist, 3 food-trucks and a 150 m² covered catering area. A wide choice of dishes, with vegan and vegetarian options. Indoor and outdoor bars, beer, soft drinks and coffee.
And a festival merchandising stand with clothing and goodies.

Free camping near the festival, booking required (at the Helloasso ticket office) from Friday 5.30pm to Sunday 1pm.
