Aux Saints Jus is a country bistro in the village square of Saint-Julien-le Faucon, in the heart of the Pays d?Auge.

The restaurant offers 25 covers and a terrace for lunch or dinner, as well as a cellar of fine bottles to discover on site or take home.

Our menu is adapted every morning according to the finest produce available, and offers a free interpretation of the repertoire of French cuisine.

For lunch, we offer a short menu featuring classic reinterpretations and quotidian inspirations.

For dinner, our menus take a more creative bistronomic approach.

Dishes, juices, sauces, desserts: everything is homemade, made on the premises from ultra-fresh raw ingredients.
