Description

Come and discover the museum space dedicated to the emblematic gastronomic specialty of the Drôme region: raviole du Dauphiné!
An interactive exhibition space for young and old to discover its history and learn how to cook it.
The know-how of the "Mère Maury" Raviole company dates back to the end of the 19th century. You'll find the full range of products in our store at the Cité de la Raviole or in our e-boutique.

Raviole du Dauphiné in brief: a culinary specialty from the Dauphiné region, made from a soft wheat flour dough stuffed with cheese and parsley.

Melt for our raviole and discover our full range of fresh and frozen raviole in store. There's something for every taste!
In the Cité de la Raviole, you can discover all the secrets of this wonderful product (free tours, approx. 45 to 60 minutes).

New for 2025: One-hour tasting workshops bookable on Wecandoo (guided tour, cooking demonstration and unforgettable tasting experience).
