Located in a peaceful wooded area, this beautifully renovated old house used to be a sap gatherer's residence. It is divided into 2 holiday homes, each with its own terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Caretaker and 3rd holiday rental on property. Big enclosed ground with swings common to all rentals. 2 adult bicycles and 1 teenager's mountain bike. Cycling path next to grounds. Open plan small kitchen/dining area/lounge with sofa bed and closed fireplace (logs provided). 2 bedrooms (1 double, 2 single beds) Shower room, wc. Electrical heating. House-cleaning : 50€. Shops in immediate vicinity opened during tourist season. Someone on location to welcome you until 6.30 pm. Household linen not provided.
