Completely renovated in spring 2024, the gîte is self-contained and comprises a main room with fitted kitchen, dining area and TV lounge with sofa bed (140cm), a separate bedroom with dressing room (160x200cm), shower room and separate WC.
A private terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue will enable you to enjoy the green surroundings at the first rays of sunshine.

You have access to the large wooded garden, where you can stroll, relax in the hammocks, or let your children enjoy the swing, slide or trampoline.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi are at your disposal, and are shared. We sometimes use them.
The pool is heated from May to October, depending on the weather, and the jacuzzi is heated to 36°C all year round.

You can come and stay for business reasons, as the internet connection is ideal for teleworking, or come and discover the delights of Anjou, the Châteaux, the vineyards, the museums, the gastronomy and the special features of the region, such as the troglodyte caves.

When the weather's fine, discover the guinguettes and take advantage of all the water sports on the Loire and surrounding rivers.
