




El Cinse à Bèdots is a small sheep farm located in Cerfontaine, by the Eau d’Heure lakes. The flock provide the base material necessary to produce Eau d’Heure Tomme. This is a cheese made with raw milk; it is hard with a washed rind and matured in a cellar for eight months. Since their arrival in 2002, Salvina and Philippe have focused on offering their customers a healthy and natural product. They sell healthy seasonal food produced with respect for the environment and animals.
