Established in 2024 in the heart of Sainte-Pazanne, the L'Ours Jack Brasse microbrewery produces 100% craft beers that are as original as they are delicious.

From Blond Bear to Strong Bear, each creation is a unique taste adventure.
"In his cabin nestled in the heart of the forest" (as he likes to say on all his beer labels), Greg "L'Ours Jack", passionate brewer, revisits the classics with audacity, as shown by his beer jelly, while offering more traditional recipes to satisfy all palates.

Blond Bear will delight your taste buds with its organic lemon verbena, which gives it a soft, lemony finish.
Summer Bear is THE summer lager... tippable and refreshing as can be
Green Bear is the IPA of the range, with its long, smooth bitterness
Brown Bear will seduce you with its roundness and notes of toast.
The Strong Bear, a golden blond Belgian Triple, is the strongest of them all, but always with a smooth finish.
