Description
Former residence of Louis François Alexandre Goupil de Préfeln (former mayor of Argentan in 1790, appointed Attorney General of the Court of Caen in 1812, Officer of the Legion of Honour and Baron of the Empire by Napoleon)
Discover the history of the Château de Miguillaume through the grand salons on the first floor, with an exhibition of works by François Nicot, Orientalist painter (1873-1945, Burgundian painter from the family).
Explore the grounds and park with a presentation of the transformations made to the château by Baron Goupil de Préfeln to give it a Directoire style.
Tour itinerary: welcome at the orangery, tour of the interiors, the grounds and the exterior transformations, and regional products in the shop.
