Rozelieures and the lorraine's victory

This site shows a monument with memorial plaques to remember the Lorraine's Victory.
Rozelieures is indeed the place where french Army has won its first great victory since the beginning of Fisrt World War.
On the 25th August 1914, german soldiers have tried to invade France between Rozelieures and Saint-Rémy-aux-Bois, in order to get over the place nammed "La trouée de Charmes". But the french Army has resisted victoriously, that is what has allowed to slow down the ennemy invasion.

The monument is accessible every days in the year.
