Église de Magnières

The Church of Magnières is a very beautifull Church from the 19th century. This edifice shows 5 gravestones from the 16th century. Built in 1870, this Church was not finished when the 1st World War begun in year 1914.
On the front of the edifice, you can see a Blessed Virgin statue from the 16th century. Inside, you will find a Christ statue in real size, an interesting sculpture, and a marbled Pieta. The more important things to discover in this Church are : the 5 gravestones about the lords of Haraucourt-Magnières, and the bones of Saint-Pauline.
The patron saint of this place is Saint-Laurent. The organ sideboard "Alfred Wild" is from year 1990. Sometimes, concerts are organized at the Church of Magnières during the programme "The street of organs".
