Halle aux bles : cinema and theater
Description
This building adjoined the old fortifications and was also appended to Les Halles café.
The aforesaid café has been destroyed and the building has been completely burnt. It has been rebuilt in the twenties. The ground floor has become a covered market and the 1st floor has become a theatre. The VIP room and the staircase (decorative ironwork of Arts College in Nancy) have replaced the old café.
Nowadays, the theatre is also a cinema and welcomes renowned plays and concerts.
