


Military cemetery of Friscati-Mouton Noir is a place where are buried the dead bodies of 3751 soldiers, died around Lunéville during the fighting in august and september 1914, or died in the military hospital in Lunéville between 1915 and 1918. In this cemetery there are also the soldiers dead at the fighting in 1940.
This place is serene and offers a beautiful panorama from the landscape around. Families coming from all Europe discover this cemetery or are in the country to meditate on an ancestor's grave.
You can also see First World War Museum housed in the Espace Muséal Chaubet, the Memory Chapel and the Memory Room.
A 1 kilometer long pathway links the Friscati-Mouton Noir Necropolis to Léomont Hill.
