Villa Chenin - Manoir Les Touches

In the heart of the Anjou-Saumur vineyards, come and stay at Domaine "Les Touches", a complex of 3 gîtes with extensive grounds and swimming pool, just 30 minutes from the banks of the Loire.

Less than 10 minutes from Doué La Fontaine, this partly single-storey gite with swimming pool offers 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms for a comfortable stay in the countryside for 4 people.

Inside, there is a small living room of 22m² with the kitchen opening onto the dining area and lounge. It gives direct access to your private outdoor space. Enjoy a meal outside, whatever the weather, thanks to the covered terrace equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. The gîte has 2 bedrooms

- the first with a 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room with shower, WC and vanity unit (shower room accessible via 3 steps)
- the second with 2 single beds (80x200cm), which may or may not be separated depending on your requirements.

There is also a shower room with shower, wc and washbasin, all on one level.

A host of facilities are available to share with the occupants of the 2 neighbouring gîtes, including a games room with table football, table tennis and board games on the first floor of the reception area, a play structure and swings, and an indoor swimming pool heated from late April to late September (dimensions 6x11m, depth 1.20 to 1.80m). Wine-tasting sessions can be organised at Domaine Les Touches on request (to be arranged with the owner), and walks in the nearby vineyards are also available.

There are many places to visit in the surrounding area, including troglodyte sites (village of Louresse-Rochemenier, Les Mystères du Falun, Troglodytes et Srcophages...). Doué la Fontaine and the Bioparc, a must-see animal park, are 10 minutes away. Montreuil-Bellay is 20 minutes away with its castle and the banks of the Thouet for canoeing, Saumur is 30 minutes away with Le Cadre Noir and the bubble cellars, 40 minutes from Fontevraud and the Royal Abbey, 45 minutes from Angers...
