Villa Anjou - Manoir Les Touches

In the heart of the vineyards, come and stay at the Domaine "Les Touches", a group of 3 gîtes with large grounds and swimming pool 30 minutes from the banks of the Loire. Uninterrupted views over the countryside, the grounds of the little goats that keep you company, the vineyards, you can go for a walk.

Less than 10 minutes from Doué La Fontaine, this gite with swimming pool offers 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms for a comfortable stay in the countryside for 6 people.

Inside, the vast 50m² living area is convivial, with a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining area and lounge. It gives direct access to your private outdoor space. Enjoy a meal outside in all weathers on the covered terrace, complete with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.

The gîte has 3 bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with a 160x200cm bed. The two upstairs bedrooms each have 2 80x200cm beds that can be joined together or not, depending on your requirements. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit.

Facilities to be shared with the occupants of neighbouring gîtes: play structure and swings, games room with table football and table tennis and board games located on the reception floor, heated indoor swimming pool from late April to late September (dimensions 6x11m, depth 1.20 to 1.80m).

Wine-tasting sessions can be organised at Domaine Les Touches on request (to be arranged with the owner), and walks in the nearby vineyards are also available.

There are many places to visit in the surrounding area, including troglodyte sites (village of Louresse-Rochemenier, Les Mystères du Falun, Troglodytes et Srcophages...). Doué la Fontaine and the Bioparc animal park are 10 minutes away. Montreuil-Bellay is 20 minutes away with its castle and the banks of the Thouet for canoeing, Saumur is 30 minutes away with Le Cadre Noir and the bubble cellars, 40 minutes from Fontevraud and the Royal Abbey, 45 minutes from Angers...
