The Gîte de la Fontelaye welcomes you for vacations with family or friends, for moments of relaxation in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Also available for business trips.

Situated in the Saâne valley, halfway between Rouen and Dieppe, this Normandy farmhouse is 2 km from the "Val de Saâne" green resort. The village offers a wide range of shops and services (bakery, butcher's, Coccimarket supermarket, pizzeria, tobacconist, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctor's surgery, post office, swimming pool, etc.). Supermarket and restaurants 5 minutes away.

Your 65 m2 4-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

1 Bedroom: 2-person bed (140/190) - Dressing room - Chest of drawers - Duvet - Pillows.

1 Living room / kitchen : Fridge - Freezer - Oven - Induction hob - Microwave - Coffee maker - Dolcé Gusto coffee maker - Toaster - Bar.

1 Living room: Sofa bed (2-person bed 140/190) - Duvet - Pillows - Television - Fireplace with wood-burning stove.

1 Entrance : Small desk - Cupboards - Shoe cabinet.

1 Bathroom: Shower - Basin - Washing machine - Towel dryer.

1 Separate toilet.

1 fully enclosed garden and parking area (part of the garden adjoining the gîte is completely dedicated to you. The other part and the parking lot are shared with the owner, who can come in during the day to maintain the grounds and feed the animals). The gîte also has a bike storage area!

Outside terrace - Picnic table - Barbecue - Hammock - Children's hut - Swings - Outdoor shelter for motorcycles and bicycles.

Animals in enclosed grounds (Mini farm with chickens, roosters, geese, ducks, goats, etc.). We also have a cat that can roam the garden.

The sea is just 25 minutes from the gîte, with the Côte d'Albâtre offering some of the most impressive scenery in Normandy. Nearby coastal towns include Étretat, Fécamp, Saint-Valéry-en-Caux, Veules-les-Roses, Varengeville sur Mer and Dieppe.

For art and history buffs, Rouen, "the city of a hundred steeples", is about 30 minutes away.
