Description
Dovecote - 1740's - Asteriated limestone.
Originally narrow, the doorway of this classically designed dovecote has been enlarged. Despite the loss of its original function, the building has preserved traces of its former openings on a stone pierced with five round, pyramid-shaped holes. The eroded date of construction is engraved on a lintel, where only the first three digits, "174", are visible.
