Ancien Couvent des Ursulines
Description
Founded in the 17th century by the Ursuline nuns, only a small part of the convent remains today. However, it has come back to life thanks to the memory of these nuns who left us the secret recipe for these delicious and soft little round cakes, known as "macaroons", the other speciality of Saint Emilion!
