Located on a large property, this cottage is nicely furnished with a large living room and bedrooms with private bathrooms. Children will particularly appreciate the outdoor games. Less than 30 minutes from the seaside (Deauville, Trouville), you will also enjoy the Pont L'Evêque lake where water sports are possible. In a farmhouse, gite close to another gite (ref 2490, 4 pers). Ground floor: living room with kitchen, sitting area (sofa), extra bed for 1 person. First floor : 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), bathroom with toilet adjoining each bedroom. Gas heating, LV, shared LL, TV, shared closed garden with garden furniture, barbecue, pond. Common games : ping pong, trampoline, swing. On the property : 1 gîte of 10 pers (ref 2488) and the owner's house. Visitor's tax from 01/01 to 31/12. Week-end on request throughout the year except July and August. Heating in supplement from September to May (except when it is not requested by the customer in May and September).
