Oasis girondine

Located halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, our gîte is set in an outbuilding that used to be the wine storehouse of our stone Girondine house. Access is via a shared gate, but the entrance to the gîte is independent. Two free, secure parking spaces are at your disposal, as well as a recharging point for electric vehicles (recharging will be invoiced according to consumption and paid directly to the owners). Large living room with lounge and dining area (TV, hi-fi system, high-speed fiber-optic internet, board games for all ages). Fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom and shower room (WC and washing machine). Access from the bedroom to your private garden. The owners' swimming pool is available from midday to 7pm, from early June to late September. Reversible air-conditioning.
