La Pierre de Champmartin
Description
the Champ Martin stone marked the boundary between the seigneuries of Saint-Aulaye, Montpon and Fronsac. This rectangular stone measured 5 to 6 feet in height, and was made of "pierre de grison", a local Double stone.
The 15th-century stone was removed, and a stele was installed and inaugurated in September 2022.
