Enjoy this bright, simple and spacious single-storey house, in the peace and quiet of an allotment, with its enclosed garden of 360m², which can accommodate families or groups of up to 6 people in its 2 bedrooms and sofa bed in the living room. You can enjoy the outdoors with the garden furniture from a pleasant little terrace that is not overlooked.

The accommodation has a double bed (160x200) in the first bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Bathroom with bath and washbasin. Separate WC. Bed linen and towels provided.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave oven and all crockery and cutlery. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are also available. A TV and Wi-Fi internet access are available free of charge.

Parking is no problem, with a private car park in front of the house and parking spaces available in the street. There is also a garage for a small vehicle or bicycles and a washing machine.

Entrance and departure are independent with a key box system. I am available 24 hours a day should you require any further information. A deposit is required at the time of booking (deposit not debited).
