Chalet Marguerite

Former fisherman's house renovated in 2019, the chalet Marguerite is ideally located near the beach, the thalasso, the casino, the restaurants, the port, the fish market, the shops and the museums.

The rental has been classified as furnished tourism 3 *** in April 2019 by a body approved by the Ministry of Tourism.

The accommodation of 60 m² is for 4 people, however a child under 2 years old is accepted in addition to the 4 travellers.

The house is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. Built on a dune, there are 1 to 3 steps to access the different rooms.

Entrance hall, dining area, living room, fitted kitchen, storeroom, shower room/WC

Bedroom with King size double bed

Bedroom with 2 single beds (can be twinned to make a double bed)

-Exterior :

South terrace, north terrace, garden, garden shed

All-inclusive formula

Heating, electricity, water and cleaning at the end of the stay.

For your comfort: all linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) The beds are made on your arrival.



First necessity products are at your disposal: salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar, flour, paste, rice, sugar, tea, coffee pods, household products (dishwasher tablets, washing powder, paper towels, toilet paper, rubbish bags...)
