This experience is sure to surprise you! From cultivation to maturing, we’ll reveal all the secrets of the oyster-farming cycle on the foreshore and then, on your return from the walk, in an oyster-farming workshop. There, you’ll learn the subtle art of shucking oysters and, as a reward for all your efforts, you’ll get to taste them.

Please bring a windbreaker and shoes that can get wet.
