Independent house, 100 meters from the sea, with terrace and small garden, capacity five persons, 3 bedrooms (2 double, one with sea view, 1 single).

On a total basement, it has :
- On the first floor a terrace, entrance, living room and kitchenette, a bedroom (bed 160x200), shower room and toilet
- On the first floor two bedrooms, one with bed 140X200, sea view, the other with bed 1 person 90x190.
- In the basement : a shower and at disposal of the material of vacations and beach, 3 adult bicycles and a child bicycle, a barbecue, a mini table multi games (baby-foot, ping-pong, billiards), a molki, an inflatable boat, a body-board, a windscreen of beach..
- TV, stereo, washing machine.

The sea is at the end of the street, without car and without road to cross. In Hermanville-sur-mer, the beachfront is pedestrian. For shopping, a shopping center is nearby.
Location : 15 km from Caen, 245 km from Paris by the A13. House accessible from Paris without car, train Paris Saint-Lazare Caen (2h) and direct bus to Hermanville (Stop Isaville Plage at 500 m from the house).

The rental is for one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Sheets and towels are not provided, kitchen linen is available. Non-smoking house, animals not allowed.
