Gîte les Coquelicots du Langot

Housed in a former farmhouse, the Les Coquelicots du Langot holiday cottage is ideally situated, 15 minutes from the medieval town of Falaise, 15 minutes from the villages of Pont-d’Ouilly and Clécy, 35 minutes from Caen and 40 minutes from Ouistreham beach.
Set in a peaceful, natural setting, this holiday cottage features 2,000 m² of wooded grounds, criss-crossed by a stream, with sheep as neighbours.
A car park and a garage are also available for your use.

This fully self-contained house is spread over two floors.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a dining room with a fitted kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The first floor comprises a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190) and a double bedroom (140 x 190).

Bed linen is provided (beds made up). Towels are not provided. A washing machine is available for your use.
You’ll have access to a wood-burning stove, a pool table, a library with children’s games and a television.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric oven, a gas hob and a microwave.

In summer, you can make use of the gas barbecue, the pétanque court, the garden furniture and the sun loungers provided. Baby equipment is available on request.

You can take part in a wide range of sporting activities in the surrounding area (hiking, canoeing and kayaking, mountain biking, rock climbing, etc.) or explore the region’s many cultural and historical sites (castles, D-Day memorials, local cuisine, etc.).
