Housed in a former farmhouse, Les Coquelicots du Langot is ideally located, 15 min from the medieval town of Falaise, 15 min from Pont-d'Ouilly and Clécy, 35 min from Caen and 40 min from Ouistreham beach.
Quietly located in the heart of nature, this gîte has 2,000 m² of wooded grounds with a stream running through it, and sheep as neighbors.
Parking and a garage are also available.

This completely independent house is on 2 levels.
The first floor comprises an entrance hall, dining room with fitted kitchen, living room, double bedroom (bed 160x200), bathroom and separate toilet.
The first floor comprises a single bedroom (bed 90) and a double bedroom (2 beds 90).

Bed linen provided (beds made up). Bathroom linen not provided.
There's a wood-burning stove, billiards table and library with children's games, plus TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and microwave.

In summer, you can enjoy the gas barbecue, petanque court, garden furniture and deckchairs. Baby equipment is available on request.

You can enjoy a wide range of sporting activities in the surrounding area (hiking, canoeing, kayaking, mountain biking, climbing, etc.), as well as the many cultural and historical sites in the region (castles, sites linked to the D-Day landings, gastronomy, etc.)
