Gîte l'Ermitage

In Anjou, between the Loire, vineyards and châteaux, come and stay at the Gîte de L'Ermitage and bring family and friends together thanks to 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 shower rooms.

You'll be 10 minutes from Doué-La-Fontaine, 20 minutes from the Loire, 30 minutes from Saumur and 40 minutes from Angers.

Within a 10-minute radius of the gîte, there are many interesting tourist sites: the Bioparc, the troglodyte village of Louresse-Rochemenier, Le Mystère des Faluns, the Terre de Rose distillery... The region is also rich in vineyards and bubble cellars, Loire châteaux (Brissac, Saumur, Montsoreau...), not forgetting the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud and the town of Angers.

Outside, take advantage of the 4000m² enclosed, private garden with covered terrace, wooden garden furniture, barbecue and seating area. The property is surrounded by woodland and private footpaths accessible to guests.

On the ground floor, gather in the convivial 31m² living room with a large dining table, a cosy sitting area around the wood-burning stove and connected TV. The large 16m² kitchen and utility room are well laid out and equipped for preparing meals for your group.
Also on the ground floor, a first bedroom with 2 beds 90x200cm (separate or not) and an en-suite shower room. A separate toilet in the entrance hall.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms:
- One bedroom with 1 bed (180x200cm), an extra bed (90x190cm) and a small bed with bars.
- One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm) with en-suite shower room.
- One bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 4 children or adults (90x190cm)

On the landing is a bathroom with bath and double washbasin unit and a separate WC.
This gîte is ideal for families, with a wide range of facilities available: 2 high chairs, folding bed, mattress, cot, bath, playpen, changing table, potty, lots of games, board games, books and toys.
